This is the world we are living in. ⠀

We are constantly exposed to environmental toxins, untested chemicals, emf’s, poor nutrition and poor lifestyle habits. ⠀

The positive news is that there’s so much we can do for ourselves and as parents. This may be overwhelming but it’s also empowering. ⠀
