How do you avoid parabens?⠀

Avoid the following ingredients in your shampoos, conditioner, lotions, makeup, skin cleaners, moisturizers and other personal care products:⠀

- Fragrance/Parfum⠀
- Methylparaben⠀
- Ethylparaben⠀
- Propylparaben⠀
- Isopropylparaben⠀
- Butylparaben⠀
- Isobutylparaben⠀

Eliminate what you can and reduce the exposure you have control over!
